Returns, Refunds and Cancellation policy

Returns
Since our products are freshly made on order, we generally do not accept returns. Returns are only accepted if you receive the wrong product. In such cases, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Refunds
Refunds are applicable only if the product is spoiled or damaged upon delivery. Please inform us within 24 hours of delivery with relevant details and photos. Refunds will be processed once the issue is verified. It is mandatory to provide the full unboxing video of the product in such cases.

Cancellations
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled as production will already be underway.
